William Thomas Academy, founded in 2004 by veteran teacher, Sheila E. Coplin, is located on 29 acres of land, right outside the city limits of Sumter, South Carolina. Our brand new facility is 12,000 sq. ft with 10 classrooms, restrooms, library, computer lab, and offices. Each classroom is equipped with a flat-screen television for educational programming and a telephone, for direct parent contact.
Governed by a Board of Directors and a member of SCACS (South Carolina Association of Christian Schools), WTA specializes in helping students excel in all areas of life.
